Akishima’s whale is the centerpiece of a collection that combines a local symbol with a city anniversary design. The covers give these subjects a permanent-looking presence in everyday street furniture, inviting a closer look at the artwork beneath the city. Seen together, the designs connect a distinctive Akishima motif with a moment of civic celebration.

Manhole Quest is an independent mobile application developed by emonster, inc. Public installations, locations, addresses, routes, map data, weather data, public source pages, and official descriptions may change over time. Manhole Quest may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors. The App is provided for discovery, cataloging, and entertainment purposes only.

When visiting public installations, you are responsible for following local laws, respecting private property, obeying traffic and safety rules, and using appropriate caution.

The App may use platform or third-party services for maps, offline maps, location, weather, analytics, diagnostics, camera, AR scanning, optional photo or video capture, Game Center leaderboard and achievement features, app distribution, and related functionality.
